Cricket Hill Farmstand exists to make it easier for customers to connect with appropriate food and farm products from the Whitcomb Homestead enterprise and, over time, selected local producers.
Why “Farmstand” before there is a building?
Because the function matters before the structure. CHF can prove demand through markets, preorders, pickup, delivery, recurring orders, reservations, and commercial relationships long before a permanent retail building is justified.
The permanent Cricket Hill Farmstand remains a long-term goal. If it is built, it should be the result of proven customer traffic, reliable supply, workable staffing, strong channel economics, regulatory/site feasibility, and a sound capital case—not the starting assumption.
What CHF owns operationally
