The exact details will change by product and channel, but CHF is being designed around a simple customer path: learn what is coming, reserve or order when appropriate, receive clear fulfillment instructions, and pick up or receive the product through the confirmed channel.
1. Availability is confirmed
Products move from planned to saleable only when inventory or a legally supportable reservation window is real.
2. The sales method is published
CHF identifies whether the item is market-only, preorder, pickup, delivery, standing order, subscription, reservation, or another approved channel.
3. Customers receive clear terms
Price, quantity, timing, fulfillment instructions, deposit terms where applicable, and relevant handling information are shown before commitment.
4. Fulfillment is tracked
CHF maintains customer/order records separately from RLF production records.
5. Demand informs the next cycle
Demand can inform future supply without overriding land, animal, labor, processing, or financial limits.
